Stainless Steel Overflow Tank
Our overflow tank PBO 0700 is made in polished stainless steel with a knurled filler knob. There are four sizes available, 13”, 15”, 17” and 19”. A pair of tubes at the base adds a further 2.5” (65mm) and provides connections for the hose from the radiator and were necessary, an overflow tube. Check your connections, the long tube outside the tank are the outlet and the short tube connects to the radiator. Always use the longest tank that you can fit in the available space. Alloy Radiator for Anglias, Populars & Prefects
Our alloy radiator comes in three-core thickness; the one in the photo shows the thinnest version PBO 0300 which suits Rovers and smaller engines. The heavy-duty version PBO 0300/HD suits small block American V8’s with a thicker core and a special order version PBO 0300/XHD with an even thicker core for big block V8’s. All versions have a 22-mm fan switch built into the lower tank. The standard Ford mounts are duplicated at the base and on the top tank for complete replacement with the standard radiator. Bear Claw Door Latches
Mini Bear Claw Latches Our Mini Bear Claw latch kits work best on narrow doors where internal room is limited. Ford Anglia’s, Populars and Model A’s are ideal candidates. The kit PBN 0010 comes with a pair of latches, two strikers and a set of stainless steel 5/16” UNC button head bolts. The strikers have 5/16” UNC threads and Nylock nuts. A 90º lever with 4 5.9mm holes allows for the attachment of actuating rods. The latches measure 28.7mm wide, 63.5mm high and 1.35mm thick and have two ¼” x 20 (UNC) mounting holes. Ford Cross Flow Exhaust Flanges
We have just introduced this set of flanges to fit the 1600cc Ford Cross Flow engine. PEP 0050 is laser cut from mild steel and PEP 0050/S is the stainless steel version, both use 6mm material. The holes are over size to allow 1.25”mm tube to fit though the flange for welding.

Extended Alternator Bracket
Designed for the Rover V8, this bracket PBA 0300/E moves the alternator further away from the engine block compared to our existing bracket. This allows the use of the larger, later alternators such as the Bosch/ Lucas LRA 604. More room is available around the rear mounting bolt, which in some cases could foul the cylinder head as well as providing a larger range of adjustment. The alternator extends out 115-mm from the mounting holes in the timing cover to the extreme edge when using full adjustment. The centre of the alternator pulley sits 50-mm higher than the centre of the crankshaft pulley.

Overflow Tanks
We have been stocking these tanks for a while and they are proving popular. Every engine expels coolant as it gets hot – a small block Chevy, for instance, can push out up to a quart. That usually goes onto the floor, but with a recovery tank in the system the expelled fluid is drawn back in as the motor cools down. We stock three tank sizes, all in polished stainless steel with a knurled alloy screw cap. The three sizes are PB0 0700/13 = 13”, PB0 0700/15 = 15”, PB0 0700/17 = 17”.

Four Bar Rear Suspension
Our 4 bar kit consists of 4 adjustable bars, up to 36” long, produced in 7/8” O.D. CDS thick wall tubing & TIG welded. Boxed laser cut axle & chassis brackets; high tensile bolts and nylock nuts are also included. Also shown is our Panhard rod kit with front mounting axle bracket. This allows the rod to cross the nose of the differential keeping the rear of the axle clear and using up dead space. We can supply any length. A pair of our rear axle damper brackets are also shown. Popular/Anglia Chassis Boxing Kit
Boxing Kit We have reintroduced our chassis boxing kit PBH 2000 . Now using laser cut 3-mm mild steel plates for greater accuracy. Boxing will increase the torsional strength of your chassis & simplify the fitting of cross members. Each of the 12 plates is stamped to show the assemble sequence & full instructions are supplied. Access holes are provided for the standard body mounts, though tapped steel blocks could be welded into the rails before the boxing plates are attached.
